All of our library locations offer free public meeting rooms available to a group representative with a valid JMRL library card. To book a room, a form 5.1 Meeting Room Registration must be on file at the the branch where you wish to use a room. You may request a room through the online form or contact the appropriate branch.
If you or your group wish to use library-supplied microphones, projectors, or other A/V devices also fill out the Audio-Visual Equipment Use form and submit to branch staff.
Check room availability at all the branches in MRBS and submit a Meeting Room Booking Request.
