Volunteer

JMRL values volunteers - Thanks for your interest! Please see available volunteer positions below.

JMRL accepts applications for those with court-ordered community service. However, please note:

• JMRL cannot guarantee that the branch where you wish to volunteer is accepting volunteers.
• JMRL cannot guarantee that you can earn all of your hours by the requested date. JMRL volunteers typically work a few hours a month. Please have another option to complete volunteer hours if JMRL cannot accommodate all of the required hours.
• With the exception of approved one-time special projects with library staff, JMRL asks for a minimum volunteer commitment of 6 months. Length of volunteering service varies from branch to branch.

If no opportunities currently exist, you may submit an adult volunteer application to be kept on file.
