How will I be notified of the new due date if an item is autorenewed?

A courtesy notice will let you know items are due 3 days before the due date, as well as what the new due date will be. 

Any new due dates will be reflected in the account's "Checked Out Items".  The courtesy notice will also let you know when items have not been renewed.
