Account expired or problem with my library record message from Libby or placing a hold. What do I do now?

By state law, JMRL has to keep all accounts current.  Therefore JMRL patron accounts expire and require renewal every three years.

No need for a new card if your account expires!  If you receive one of these messages, email circulation@jmrl.org or contact your local JMRL branch by phone or email to verify your account information.
